Chocolate Ice Cream- Mom

Chocolate Ice Cream

1 small package instant chocolate pudding
1/2 cup chocolate syrup (choc. malt is good)
3 cups cream
1-1/2 cups sugar
1 quart milk
2 cans evaporated milk
1 Tbsp vanilla
3/4 cup pasteurized egg product

Mix all ingredients together.  Pour into ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.  Add toasted almonds and mini marshmallows for Rocky Road ice cream.
