Greek Salad- Mom


Greek Salad
Adjusted from Panera's Greek Salad

3 or 4 cups chopped greens (which ever kind you like)
1/2 to 1 cup tomatoes (halved cherry tomatoes or regular ones, chopped) 
8 kalamata olives, quartered (the ones from Costco are great)
Red onion, thinly sliced, to taste
1 or 2 Tbls. feta
Juice from 1/2 lemon
1 Tbls. olive oil (can use less)
Salt and pepper, to taste

Toss all ingredients together just before serving.
