Grasshopper Ice Cream- Mom

Grasshopper Ice Cream

3 cups cream
2 large cans evaporated milk
1 quart milk
3/4 cup pasteurized egg product
1 Tbsp vanilla
1-1/2 cup sugar
1 large package instant vanilla pudding
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
Green food coloring
1/2 to 1/3 package crushed mint oreos, frozen

Mix together all ingredients except oreos.  Put in ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturers instructions.  Add oreos before serving.
